Two concurrently running exhibitions.
Venue: The Harbour Gallery, St Aubin [map]. 7 days a week, 10.30am - 5.30pm.
To be officially opened by David Capps, chairman of the Capco Trust Group at 6.30pm on Thursday, 16th October.

Straight from the Heart - Gallery 2
Kevin Pallot - an exhibition inspired by beauty of places visited in Jersey and abroad. Oil paintings on canvas and charcoal drawings.

Transcendency
 
Until 3rd October, 11.00am - 7.00pm
An exhibition of installations and paintings by Bekki Mourant.
Venue: The Garrik Gallery, Byron Road, St Helier.
Bekki Mourant won the major award of £1,000 at Artisan Showcase 2002. More information on this exhibition at the Garrik (with pictures) here.
Bekki will also be exhibiting some works at the Harbour Gallery as part of the exhibition. This will continue until 1st October 2003. Her poem MY DOORS and pictures showing the preparation of the installation are here.

Jersey's largest selling gallery showcasing the very finest in local Arts and Crafts.
This exhibition is continually changing and runs through to October 2003.
Featuring the work of over 50 local contemporary artists and craftworkers.

Influenced by the variety of light reflected from the seas around Jersey's coastline, local artists have found inspiration from this phenomenon over the centuries.
A major Art in the Frame exhibition with 26 local exhibitors.

A themed exhibition in Gallery 1 of beautiful Art & Craft. 42 local exhibitors who have produced work to bring love into your life.

Teddy Bear Love for children

A wide variety of local and contemporary art and craft at its very best. The exhibition includes paintings, prints, photographs, ceramics, jewellry, textiles, mixed-media, books, cards, bags, scarves, silk painting, driftwood mirrors and tables, bas-reliefs, glass enamels and beautiful furniture from rejuvenated wood.
