Well how does one describe Maureen Manion? This lady was an absolute tonic! At our meeting last month, she told short comic stories about her experiences along life's way. The thought of her 103 year old father dressed in lycra on the back of her three wheeler bike and her toyboy Tarquin Dandara will give you some idea of the funny tales she recounted. Everyone was doubled up with laughter and we felt she could have gone on for ever. Refreshments followed and we had our usual raffle to conclude a wonderfully entertaining evening.
The following monies have been raised over the last month:-
17.10.08 Bingo Night/Devil's Hole
